Advantage® II now contains an insect growth regulator (IGR) pyriproxfen. This effective formula kills all flea life stages within 12 hours, including eggs, to interrupt the flea life cycle in multiple stages, prevent fleas on treated dogs from infesting the home, control existing flea infestations on cats and prevent further infestations. Waterproof formula means there's no need for reapplication following swimming or a bath. Supplies come in three weight ranges for cats and four weight ranges for dogs to ensure accurate dosing and maximum effectiveness.
